Mobile Printing

Easily print your documents on any MCPL printer.  Just upload your files using the printing portal or the PrinterOn app, enter a unique code you choose (e.g. full name, email address or library card number) and click "Submit." Come to the Library printers and retrieve your prints using the unique code you entered. Cost is $.10 for black and white and $.30 for color. Payment can be made with cash. Our machines do not accept anything above a 5 dollar bill. Library staff cannot make change.

Quick Print Instructions

  1. Upload your documents to the Printing Portal.
  2. Set your printer preferences.
  3. Input your email address. This will be used to uniquely identify your print jobs.
  4. Click the green Printer icon to submit your job
  5. To pick up your document, go to the printing facility with your user information.
  6. Please record your job reference number to identify your print job in the event of a problem

Mobile Printing FAQ

  1. Go to MCPL’s website printing portal
  2. Drag and drop the file you want to print, or choose Select File to find the file on your computer. The file types that work for wireless printing are listed above the Select File box.
  3. Select preferences for print.
  4. In the Required field, enter your email address
  5. A message will appear if successful, and a confirmation will be sent if applicable.
  6. Go to the printer at MCPL.
  7. Your print job will be waiting on the print release station
  8. Pay for and print your document.

To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to

  • For black & white printing:  masoncloudprint-bw@ewprints.com
  • For color printing: masoncloudprint-color@ewprints.com

You will be sent a release code for the email message and each attachment. Use these release codes to retrieve your documents. Email forwarding is ideal for online email portals such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or Google Mail.

Why?

Most online email services require that you log-in to access email. If you provide the URL (web address) of your message, the printing services will be blocked because your email login name and password are not known by the print system.
